What's New With OTF?

Great Things On The Horizon

The 2008 Off the Field Members' Meeting was held in Austin on June 5-6. Members in attendance were brought up to speed about the status of the organization and our goals for the future. A commemorative Off the Field tote bag was also given to each member in attendance, as a token of our appreciation.

Information about each OTF committee was presented and members were given the opportunity to sign up for a committee. Minutes from the meeting as well as a break down about the purpose of each committee will be placed in the members only section of www.OffthefieldPWA.com .

Your OTF board loves the involvement of members and encourage those interested to GET INVOLVED!

Here are the following committees that need your help:

• Charity - OTF Fundraisers and community events
• Communications - Newsletter, member updates
• Fashion Show - Tampa, Florida in 2009
• Membership - Recruiting and contact with members
• Planning Committee for 2009 Members' Meetings in Washington D.C. - More details to follow soon!
• Sponsorship - Establishing relationships with outside vendors and companies for support
• Website - To write and proofread copy as needed. To solicit members for information to add content to site.
